Submersible Sensor Installation made simple: Complete kits for hassle-free installation, featuring 1” BSPT male-threaded cable glands and ATEX-approved junction kits with breathers for precise readings.
Easy Install Radar Sensors: With an integrated 1.5” Male BSPT tank connection with VITON seal and direct to sensor field wiring, installation is simple and no junction boxes are required.
Simplified Console Installation and Wiring: Easy mount and connect consoles with clearly marked, spring-loaded terminals, integrated IS barriers, and all required cable-glands and blanks ensures fast and easy fit out.

Bluetooth Connectivity: Setup and monitor your system remotely within 30 meters using the free VEGA TOOLS app—no cables necessary. This feature not only saves time but also enhances safety by reducing the need for direct interaction with the equipment during commissioning and day-to-day use.
Quick-Wizard Commissioning: The intuitive setup quick-wizard guides you through setting up sensor types, tank shape calibration, display readout requirements and relay activation logic, making commissioning a breeze.
Cloud Backup and Restore: With VEGASYS, all your commissioning data can be instantly uploaded to your own password-protected VEGA cloud for free, enabling instant parameter restoration or effortless copying from device to device.

Customisable 4.5” Backlit display: The large, easy-to-read screen on our VEGASYS packages is a game-changer for end-users. Designed to be visible from a distance and programmable to show Level, Volume & % (or a combination of all 3).
Colour-coded status: Change the entire screen colour based on system status to provide immediate “traffic-light” visual feedback on tank status.
Versatile Control with 3 Programmable Relays: Whether you need basic overfill alarm signalling or more advanced connectivity to pump and valve controls the VEGASYS Gauge range has you covered with a minimum of three programmable 250v 1amp AC / 60v 1amp DC relays
3rd Party Device Connectivity: With 4-20mAmp outputs included as standard, you can wire the VEGASYS to your BMS/PLC or IoT device to present the information you need to the system of your choice.

Simulation Mode: Test your entire setup instantly with simulation mode, allowing you to simulate by level, volume or % and instantly test relay trigger points, screen colour changes and other control functionality.
Automated Client-Handover Documentation: Generate comprehensive, professional PDF documentation in seconds, complete with saved parameters, tank calibration charts and a snap-shot of the live displayed readouts.

This streamlines the handover process and ensures a transparent record of the commissioned system, helping to avoid awkward client discussions in the future and ensures your ability to charge for call-backs within your installation warranty period.

The optional VEGADIS remote readout displays can either be wired in between the sensor and the gauge controller, or wired from the 4-20mAmp gauge output.

Either way they require no additional power-source, are IP67 rated and are available with ATEX approval for installation in Zone 1, so are fast and simple to install anywhere you need an additional readout, be it at a fill point, or next to the tank. Each readout can display volume (litres), filling level (mm), %, or a combination of all 3, the choice is yours.

The optional weather-proof audible alarm panel is 230v mains powered and features a large red-flashing beacon and muteable 90db Acoustic Siren. Wiring connections from the VEGA gauge to the alarm panel are made via the VEGASYS relay outputs so you can choose the level at which the alarm is triggered. You can even wire multiple consoles or relays to a single alarm panel to reduce cost (multiple connections should be installed via a low-cost junction box, sold separately). And, unlike competitor systems, because it’s a remote alarm panel, you can position it somewhere that you can be sure people will actually see and hear it.
